Incessant rains lash Hyderabad in the next 24 hours, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). As the monsoon has covered the Telangana entirely, the state will witness heavy rainfall for the next three days The cause of rainfall is attributed to the formation of pressure over the East and West region of Bay of Bengal covering Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh. On Saturday, Nagarkurnool district in Telangana witnessed the highest rainfall of 6 cm. On Friday, the Hyderabad city received downpour which caused traffic snarls and the low lying areas were flooded with rain water. The rains are expected to lash Telangana constantly for two days in the next 24 hours.
