first_imgLetterkenny schoolgirl Gráinne Ní Dhomhnaill sang her heart out to win second place at Oireachtas na Gaeilge 2015 in Dublin at the weekend.It was a huge achievement for the 12-year-old in the 12-15 Seán Nós category.Proud mum Sineád said she was delighted that Gráinne was representing Donegal in the competition. She said: “It was a competitive category and there were a lot of very talented singers from all parts of the country.”Diana Ní Chanáinn from Gortahork won the Womens Sean-Nós singing competition at this years Oireachtas na Samhna festival in the Citywest Hotel. Diane will go on to represent Ireland in the Pan Celtic festival in 2016.Eoghan Ó Curraighín from Teelin came in second place in the ‘Dreas Cainte’ competition.
